Why Two is Better than One

Have you ever had the notion that two heads are better than one? Or many hands make light work? Well that’s the truth about exercise and healthy eating, one can work without the other, but they work much better if the two become lifelong partners. I admit with busy lives and not enough hours in the day, we can make poor choices in both our eating and whether to get in a good workout. I am struggling with this issue daily; my life is so full sometimes I can’t see straight. Here is the question of the hour, why should people bother with physical activity if they have a healthy eating plan? Well, here are some reasons why both good food choices and exercise can boost your health and help keep you on the right track in maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

  1. Increased independence in your older years…Age ain’t nothing but a number.
